Ruang lingkup kegiatan usaha Tower Bersama Group (TBIG) di antaranya adalah menyewa dan mengelola menara Base Transceiver Station (BTS), konsultasi bidang instalasi telekomunikasi, dan melakukan investasi atau penyertaan perusahaan lain. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja serta mewujudkan visi misi nya, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak kembali membuka Lowongan Kerja kesempatan kepada putra putri Indonesia yang mempunyai integritas tinggi untuk bergabung menjadi bagian dari Tower Bersama Group (TBIG) melalui Rekrutmen Loker Tower Bersama Group (TBIG) sebagai berikut:
Tower Bersama Group (TBIG) pertama kali dibangun pada tahun 2003. Hingga pada tahun 2015, cakupan wilayah yang telah dilayani oleh TBIG di antaranya adalah Jawa, Bali, Sumatera, Batam, Kalimantan, dan Sulawesi. Tower Bersama Group (TBIG) sendiri merupakan perusahaan gabungan (merger) dari beberapa perusahaan penyedia infrastrukutur telekomunikasi lainnya. Kantornya bertempat di Tower Bersama Group, International Financial Centre 6th & 8th floor, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav 22-23, Jakarta

1. Network Configuration Department Head
Description :
- Monitor network configuration department
- Manage Operational Expense in Directorate effectively
- Monitor network database management and network operational analysis & optimization
- Develop Technical Guidelines Web
- Monitor dashboard network performance
Requirements :
- D3/S1; min. 5 years in telecommunication industry
- Skill & certification: GSM Celluler, RF System (RBS, BTS), repeater, CME
- Transmission system (FO, MW, SDH, PDH)
- IP networking (MPLS, Metro-E)
2. Knowledge Management Officer
Description :
- Manage TBIG Portal, include its improvement both on bugs and content development
- Ensure Knowledge Sharing activity conducted smoothly
- Ensure Sharing After Learning/Training after employee join training/workshop/seminar
- Measure effectiveness of Knowledge Management activity
- Measure employee activity/visit to TBIG portal
Requirements :
- Min. S1 in any field
- Creative and dynamic person
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point)
- Preferably having skill in Photoshop & Flash Maker
3. SITAC Executive
Description :
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to solve SITAC’s problems
- Ensure SITAC negotiation up to approval
- Socialize tower establishment plan to local government
- Prepare and process all community permits required
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 in any major
- Minimum 2 years experiences with completion at least 50 sites successfully handled, preferably from telecommunication industry
- Able to operate GPS & Google Earth
- Able to manage multiple project tasks
- Have Driving License (SIM A/C)
4. IT Programmer Staff
Description :
- Planning and handling the functional specifications, system development, installation, system integration, and implementation of the test
- Creating design application programs, coding, and maintenance to address specific business needs as well as allowing changes in the future.
- Determine the needs and internal needs analysis to provide solutions in a timely and accurate results
Requirements :
- Maximum 30 years old
- Minimum D3 in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years experience in the related field
- Strong programming & database skills: ASP.NET & ASP.NET, MVC (C#), Bootstrap, JQuery, AngularJS, RDBMS Concept, SQL query or PL/SQL Query
5. Operation and Maintenance Execution Section Head (Jabo)
Description :
- Manage & monitor all operation & maintenance activities in tower sites
- Oversee vendors to perform scheduled routine maintenance.
- Handle the handover of tower site from Project Implementation to Asset & Operation and ensure the completeness of supporting documents.

Requirements :
- Min. S1 majoring in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer
- Min. 3 years experience in Telco Operation & Maintenance
- Good understanding of Fiber Optics Network / Optical Transmission System
- Strong controlling, problem solving, and data analysis reporting
6. Radio Network Programmer
Description :
- Develop the application or system to support operationa in Radio Network Engineering
- Manage and perform backup data file and database periodically
- Manage authority access data
- Prepare data and generate report to user
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 from Information Technology or Technology Telecommunication
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences in Network Telecommunication
- Strong programming, database, and development skills: PHP, Java, Python, Database MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL, Android, Developer, Web Development HTML/5, Javascript, CSS,and JQuery
7. Training & Development Section Head
Description :
- Manage the implementation of training needs analysis program
- Ensure all Competency Development Programs is executed appropriately and aligned to Learning Objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and analyze it into comprehensive report for next improvement program
Requirements :
- Maximum age is 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree of Education/Teaching/Training, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Have experience in developing talent development programs (such as Officer Development Program) is advantage.
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Have strong passion in learning/teaching and have background in competency development.
8. Backhaul Engineer Staff
Description :
- Manage & handle IP Transport Project Implementation.
- Design new IP transmission for new product or services
- Complete OSP DPP document in accordance with the IP transmission design.
- Ensure the fulfillment of SLA transmission
Requirements :
- Min. S1 from Telecommunication Engineer or Technic Electro
- Having 2 - 3 year experiences in Telecommunication company
- Excellent understanding about transmission design and implementation
